Take action to tell the House of Represenatives to block the Title XVII Loan Guarantee for the Appalachian Storage and Trading Hub/Petrochemical Complex and keep the keep the DOE from offering loan guarantees to any project that doesn’t avoid or mitigate carbon emissions! More
