We hope you can join us tomorrow, Saturday, January 4 from 9 – 11 a.m. for Tri-State Water Defense’s first monthly meeting of 2020. We meet at the Gallaher Village Public Library, 368 Norway Ave, Huntington, West Virginia, 25705. The meeting will include a special presentation by Carrie Denvir, with the Huntington Storm-water Authority. We’ll discuss our goals for the coming year, including hosting a candidates forum on water issues in the Huntington area. Please join OVEC members for the Huntington-Cabell- Branch of the NAACP’s annual march and program honoring Dr. King. Assemble at 4:30 p.m. at the 16th Street Baptist Church at Elm Street and 9th Avenue in Huntington. At 4:45 p.m., march to the Joan C. Edwards Theater (Marshall University Campus), where starting at 5:30 p.m., a program will take place. |
