On November 9th and 10th, 2020, EPA will host informational webinars for tribes and indigenous peoples and environmental justice communities, respectively. These webinars will cover the proposed Revised Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) Update for the 2008 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). These webinars provide tribes and indigenous peoples and environmental justice communities in 12 states (Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia) affected by the rule an opportunity to ask questions and/or provide feedback concerning facilities in their community that may be subject to this rule.

Time: 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (for both)

These webinars are informational and not a public hearing. The virtual public hearing will take place on November 12, 2020. EPA is also accepting written comment on the proposal until December 14, 2020.
