HB 4615, the anti-protest bill, is on the Senate Judiciary Committee agenda today.

There’s no official hearing, but the chair of the committee usually asks if there are people present who would like to speak to the bill. Join us to help fill the room.

The committee meeting is today, Wednesday, March 4 at 3 p.m. in room 208-W.

HB 4615, touted as “critical infrastructure protection,” is intended to intimidate and silence environmentalists. It hands industry even more power, with no regard for our people.
