EPA Public Hearing on Agency’s Move to Repeal the Clean Power Plan: Charleston, WV

The hearing will be held November 28-29, and possibly November 30, too, in Charleston, WV from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day at the West Virginia Capitol Complex, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard East, Charleston, West Virginia 25305.

You must pre-register if you wish to speak. Pre-registration to provide an oral presentation will begin when the notice is published in the Federal Register and close on November 16. People will be contacted about speaking slots via email starting on November 17, 2017.
