How Can Coal Be Carbon Neutral? Because Walker Machinery Says It Is

Upon seeing Walker Machinerys latest billboard, which
reads "Carbon Neutral Coal," an OVEC member remarked, "Coal is
carbon. How can it be carbon neutral? Thats like saying Violence
Neutral War."
Or "Heat Neutral Fire," or "Radiation Neutral Uranium,"
or "Oxygen Neutral Air" or ... you get the idea.
Walkers ad campaign is a really neat bit of linguistic
detoxification - and much cheaper than carbon sequestration, which
has still not been proven to be effective or affordable.
